What shipping practices should be followed?

Orders must be shipped within the amount of time allowed which we calculate using the handling times you provide us. Failure to do so may result in order cancellations by us or the buyer and sanctions.

It is your duty to make sure the products you are shipping follow all the laws and regulations of your country and the destination country and any and all transit countries.

You shall update the tracking numbers you provide to your buyers with the latest information you have.

Without a tracking number that provides events updates up to the customer's door it may be hard for us to give you reason during disputes.

Fake tracking numbers or false tracking information are very serious offenses on Shopiro and are dealt with by our internal fraud investigation team.
