How do I report intellectual property theft?

Shopiro takes intellectual property (IP) rights seriously and we are committed to protecting the rights of IP owners. If you believe that your IP rights have been infringed on our platform, there are a few steps you can take to report it to us.

The first step is to use the form available at the bottom of most pages to report IP theft. This form will ask you to provide information about the alleged infringement, including the infringing item, the rights being infringed, and the IP owner's contact information. It is important to provide as much detailed and accurate information as possible to help us investigate and resolve the issue.

Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer service team and they will be able to fill the report for you.

Please note that IP theft reports are handled by a specialized team that is separate from our customer service team. This team will review the report and take the appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing item, disabling the infringing seller's account, or taking legal action.

We recommend that IP owners register their rights with the appropriate government agency before filing a report. In addition, please note that Shopiro is not a legal authority and cannot provide legal advice.

We take IP theft very seriously and will make all efforts to prevent it, but we also encourage our users to be vigilant and to report any infringement they may encounter. If you have any other issues or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team through the live-chat feature available 24/7.
